Thank you for your interest in participating in our research study. This study is being conducted by Kayla Weaver, a graduate student at Pennsylvania State University. The purpose of this study to better understand the work experiences of employees with depression, including whether or not employees disclose their depression at work.
Although depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide (World Health Organization, 2017), to date, little research has focused on how depression affects how employees experience the workplace. The results from this study can help both researchers and organizations to create inclusive work environments that shape positive work experiences for employees depression.
The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete, and may be accessed by CLICKING HERE.
Qualifications: To qualify for participation in this study
- you must be 18 years of age
- employed at least 20 hours per week
- and have received a formal diagnosis of depression.
The survey will remain open until 11:59 pm on March 19, 2017.
